دست مى آيند ، مخصوصاً دررافراد سالمند
. يكى از عواملى كه تعيين دوز را با
مشكل مواجه مى كند خاصيت خواب آور بودن
اين دارو است . بعضى بيماران
دوزهاى بالا ، تا 4800 mg مصرف كرده اند .
برخی معتقدند که در اختلالات دو قطبی نیز میتوان از این دارو استفاده کرد؛ اگر چه در این مورد هنوز اتفاق نظر وجود
ندارد. خیر داروی گاباپنتین مسکن نیست اما در کاهش دردهای کمردرد آرتروزگردن و پا درد موثر است .
